Steps required by the universal template SED :
(1) Establish Operational Geometry and its Containership Property: the boundary conditions of the space, the capacity of the space, the external and internal risk associated with the space, and the operational purpose of the space.
(2) Identify the occupants of the space: every occupant is a type of "configured energy". For example, a software space consists of "patterned thoughts", a type of configured energy. Identify the health state and knowledge state of occupants. Identify the owners of space, their desires of ownership and their powers of ownership. Identify users of space, their desires of usership and their powers of usership. Identify the operatives and operands in space.
(3) Identify the forces associated with the energies , the motions associated with the forces, the changes in states of the energies, their interactions and groupings, and their state of settlement or equilibrium.
(4) Establish Operational Connectivities: the geometric time line of events. For example, the sequences of motions.
(5) Verify Operational Excellence: how well is the operational purpose being realized?

The complex dynamism of matter's adventure in a priori Space Continuum has produced a robost Knowledge-Information Continuum that has become very difficult to understand and manage, at least by most humans. Using a universal template to package and present knowledge reduces this difficulty. This does not mean that learning is made automatically easy. It means that learning becomes unfrustrating. A universal template explicitly emphasizes the universal concepts that direct the Knowledge-Information Continuum and once these concepts are mastered, they cease to be problems no matter where they are encountered in the Knowledge -Information Continuum.

Operational spaces are operational geometries in the sense that they are dynamic and occupied. Therefore, we consider the Knowledge-Information Continuum to be made up of operational geometries. The protocol for naming packaged operational geomatries is as follows: the operational space is named after the primary occupants of the space and the name is followed by the word "Geometry". For example, " Number Geometry, is an operational space primarily occupied by numbers.
